L'editore Bandai Namco, durante il panel "Future of Digimon" all'Anime Expo 2019, ha annunciato che Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth e Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth - Hacker's Memory sono in arrivo su Nintendo Switch e PC il 18 ottobre con il nome di Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Complete Edition.
Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth è stato rilasciato per la prima volta su PS Vita in Giappone a marzo 2015, seguito dalla versione per PlayStation 4 e per PS Vita in tutto il mondo a febbraio 2016. La versione per PlayStation 4 è stata poi rilasciata anche in Giappone a dicembre 2017. Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth - Hacker's Memory è stato originariamente pubblicato per PlayStation 4 e PS Vita in Giappone a dicembre 2017 e in tutto il mondo a gennaio 2018.
