Nicalis rilascerà l'espansione "The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth" di The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth per PlayStation 4 e Xbox One in Nord America ed Europa il prossimo 10 maggio, ad un prezzo di $10.99.
Tale espansione aggiungerà ulteriori 100 ore di gameplay, più di 1000 nuove stanze e una buona dose di nuovi oggetti. Di seguito viene esposto l'elenco completo delle funzionalità introdotte dall'espansione, quali la Greed Mode, le sfide giornaliere, un nuovo sistema di combo per le armi ecc.
