Square Enix ha rilasciato al Tokyo Game Show 2016 un nuovo trailer per Rise of the Tomb Raider allo scopo di pubblicizzare Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, che uscirà per PlayStation 4 il prossimo 11 ottobre. Tale versione includerà il supporto al PlayStation VR, una modalità endurance cooperativa, la nuova difficoltà "Sopravvivenza Estrema", 5 skin basate sulla Lara classica, un vestito ed un'arma basate su Tomb Raider III. Ovviamente sono inclusi tutti i DLC rilasciati recentemente, i possessori del Season Pass per Xbox One e PC otterranno questi nuovi contenuti.
