La Harmonix Music System ha annunciato tramite il proprio forum ufficiale quali saranno i vantaggi per coloro che preordineranno Rock Band 4 per Xbox One, ovvero un esclusivo DLC contenente ben 12 traccie esclusive, tra cui canzoni dei Linkin Park, Marilyn Manson, BABYMETAL e molti altri.
È anche stato annunciato che il gioco funzionerà con il controller precedente per Xbox 360 a patto di usare l'adattore "Legacy Game Controller". Di seguito le traccie previste come DLC omaggio con il preorder:
