Secondo quanto emerso su gamnesia.com, sembra che Amazon.com abbia qualche problema con il numero di preordini con The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, il numero è stato tale che il reseller è stato costretto a cancellare svariati preordini, dando agli utenti un buono da 10 dollari per scusarsi dell'inconveniente, che avrà sicuramente fatto arrabbiare diversi utenti: A pochi giorni dal lancio sarà ancora possibile ottenere un preordine non a caro prezzo?

Sembra che il problema riguardi le edizioni Master Edition, che comprende una custodia per il Nintendo Switch, un artbook ed una statua della Master Sword, e Special Edition poiché la versione normale viene attualmente ancora venduta anche se solamente in formato digitale. Nel caso decideste per quest'ultimo caso, munitevi di una SD Card capiente, poiché il Nintendo Switch non ha una capienza sufficiente per tale gioco, anche senza altri contenuti installati.
